BigGuest provides restaurant management software solutions including digital menu systems, order management, and customer engagement tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due in accordance with the payment terms specified in your subscription agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BigGuest service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MSL Digital KG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MSL Digital KG, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
