1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

2. Billing Cycle

Our subscription services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month, and annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

3. Payment Due Dates

All payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice. For subscription services, payment is automatically charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we may assess a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law) on the unpaid balance. Continued late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After this period, all payments are non-refundable. Partial months are not prorated.

6. Currency

All prices and payments are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.

7. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes imposed by taxing authorities based on the billing address provided.

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in your billing, please contact us immediately at kontakt@msldigital.de. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify our payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
